- It does NOT need external Power adapter as it takes power from a single USB port of your Computer / Laptop on the same USB Cable which is used for DATA as well, so only ONE USB Port is Required.
- But Some older version Laptop may not provide enough power to the caddy via single USB port, it may use 2 USB port for which there is a extra Power USB Connector included to the DATA cable, which you can plug into the Laptop's 2nd USB port (This is only on some very OLD Laptop and on Computers only one USB port is Required).
